How do I place a custom order?
You can start your order by reaching out to us directly through our website or Instagram @classy_glasslb. Once you provide your idea—whether it’s a name, a signature, a logo, or a specific design—we will work with you to finalize the mockup before the engraving process begins.
Can I provide my own design or signature?
Absolutely. We specialize in high-precision engraving of custom artwork, corporate logos, and even personal handwriting or signatures.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because each piece is custom-etched and permanently altered, changes can only be made before the engraving process begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your design.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
As every piece is individually crafted and engraved, production times vary based on the complexity of the design and the size of the order. We will provide you with an estimated timeline once your design is finalized.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Since we are based in Beirut, we can coordinate secure delivery within Beirut, and all over Lebanon.
In case of international orders we can help in shipping to certain countries.
